Ordering Process

At VITIS Vines, we believe in providing personalized service to ensure you get the best grapevines for your needs and goals.

Preferred Ordering Method:

Contact Us: We recommend contacting us directly before placing your order. This allows us to understand your requirements and guide you on the best varieties for your specific situation.

Personalized Consultation: During our consultation, we will discuss your growing conditions, goals, and preferences to recommend the most suitable grapevines.

Invoicing: Once we finalize your order details, we will send you an invoice. This method allows us to avoid transaction fees and ensures that all funds go directly towards supporting our operations.

Direct Website Orders: Of course, ordering directly through the website is also an option!

Large Orders (50+ Vines): For larger orders, we ask that you contact us at least 6 months to a year in advance. This ensures we have sufficient time to multiply the vines to meet your needs. We only plan to produce a certain number of vines each year, but with enough notice, we can adjust our production cycle to accommodate larger orders.

Shipping and Delivery

All our orders are pre-orders, and we ship them annually between June 1 and 15.

Local Pickup: The best way to receive your vines is to pick them up in person. This allows you to inspect your vines and ask any last-minute questions you might have.

Shipping via Canada Post: If pickup is not feasible, we will ship your vines to you via Canada Post at cost. We do our best to keep shipping costs down by reducing the size and weight of the packages as much as possible.

Preferred Shipping Dates: While our usual shipping window is June 1-15, we understand that some customers may need their vines at different times. If you require specific shipping dates outside this range, please contact us, and we will work to accommodate your schedule.
